Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is still on good condition, the buyer has the right to return the item within 2 days from the date of receipt.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing :

  • The received item DOES NOT MATCH the order.
  • The received item EXCEEDS or FALLS SHORT of the expected quantity.
  • There is DAMAGE or INCONSISTENCY with the order, including :
    • The item is BROKEN or DAMAGED upon arrival.
    • The product's volume DOES NOT MATCH the order.

The product must :

  • Be UNUSED.
  • Be in the SAME CONDITION as when shipped (including packaging, labels, and other accessories)

KAFEKIT does not accept exchanges due to buyer errors, such as selecting wrong product type or color.

KAFEKIT reserves the right to reject return requests if :

  • The return is made without a clear reason.
  • There is no video proof of unboxing the item from its packaging.
  • The damage is due to improper use, falls, scratches, stains, breakage, exposure to liquids, accidents, incorrect installation, unauthorized maintenance or repairs, or damage caused by factors other than human action.
